Mist Clean

Special liquid for softening devices to prevent density unevenness on the paper surface.

"Mist Clean" has excellent dispersion in water and can demonstrate sufficient efficacy even at low concentrations, enabling uniform mist spraying that prevents concentration unevenness on paper surfaces. Offset web presses adopt a heat-set drying system, which can lead to issues caused by the loss of paper wettability. Generally, a softening device provides an appropriate humidifying effect to the paper, preventing spine cracks and wrinkles during folding. Nikkankagaku has developed "Mist Clean" as a dedicated product for use in this softening device. 【Features】 ■ Excellent antistatic effect, and the softening effect of the chemical improves paper alignment, preventing spine cracks and wrinkles. ■ Even at low concentrations, the surface tension is low, and the mist sprayed from the humidifying device becomes uniform fine particles, preventing concentration unevenness on the paper surface. ■ The chelating agent prevents nozzle clogging caused by scale formation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
